uni-assist converts foreign grades with the modified Bavarian formula and the KMK grading values stored in anabin. For accredited Iranian Kardani (associate) and Karshenasi (bachelor) degrees it sets the lowest passing mark to Nmin = 12, applied from 1 January 2015. With a passing mark of 10 instead of 12, the same 16 would give about 2.2, a more generous number. There are two different things here, and mixing them causes problems. To estimate your German grade, you can look up the grading values in anabin and run the formula yourself. That is an estimate, not an application document.
For the real application, uni-assist requires an official document on your university's grading system, such as the examination regulations, issued or published by the university.
