Can uni-assist.com submit my application for me?

Yes. Your application goes through the official channel your university requires, which for most universities means uni-assist e.V. We manage that process for you rather than replacing it. Once you approve your final choices, we prepare and submit; you stay informed and approve the key decisions.

Who runs this service

uni-assist.com is an independent, paid application-support service, run by Rheinland-Privatschule: a private German school that has taught German and prepared students for the Feststellungsprüfung in North Rhine-Westphalia since 2000, with campuses in Essen, Duisburg, Dortmund and Düsseldorf and its own TELC examination centre. We run the official channel for you; we are not a placement agent, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by uni-assist e.V. The difference from an anonymous agent is on the page above: a real school stands behind the service, your documents are checked before you pay anything, and you approve the key decisions yourself.

When do I pay?

After your documents have been checked, not before. Your advisor reviews your eligibility and your documents and tells you what is missing; the payment step only opens once that check is complete.

What you are buying

We run the application in your place: your advisor establishes your route, checks your documents, prepares the application, submits it through the official channel and follows it through. You pay only after that check is done, so the fee is never the first thing you commit to.

What is included in the service fee?

Eligibility review, document review, application preparation, submission and tracking. The handling fee that uni-assist e.V. charges for the application is also covered: we pay it for you, so there is nothing further to transfer. Certified translations and, where a course asks for one, a motivation letter are yours to arrange.

If the application does not succeed

We do not guarantee admission; no honest service can, because the university decides. What we do instead is share the risk: if your application results in no admission at all, we refund our service fee. The only part we keep is what was already paid to official bodies for your application, such as uni-assist's handling fee, because those fees are non-refundable whatever the outcome.

What counts as a successful application?

Any admission. If we secure you a place, even at a university that was not your first choice, or for a programme or level different from the one you first had in mind, the service has done what you paid for and the fee stands. The refund applies only when the application produces no admission anywhere.
