Upload documents as you gather them, in any order. Uploading is free, and nothing is submitted anywhere yet — the portal shows exactly which file is still missing.

Free pre-check by an advisor
A real advisor checks each document against uni-assist's formal requirements and tells you, item by item, what needs fixing. This review costs nothing, whatever you decide afterwards.

Your decision, then payment
Only when your file passes the pre-check do we ask for the one-off service fee of €375. If you stop here instead, you owe nothing and keep your checklist and all feedback from the review.

We submit and track
From here, we take over: we prepare and submit the application, watch the deadlines and handle the follow-ups. You follow every step in your portal and can message your advisor at any time.
When do I pay?
After your documents pass the free pre-check, and only if you decide to continue. Registering, uploading and the review itself cost nothing.
What we are not
We are not uni-assist e.V. Official certificate evaluations and VPDs are issued by uni-assist e.V. via uni-assist.de; we prepare and manage your application around that process.
We cannot influence official evaluation or admission decisions.
We do not promise guaranteed admission. What we offer instead is a documented process and a partial refund policy, described on the University Application page.

How do I start?
Create a free account, answer two questions about your application, and start uploading documents. A free pre-check by an advisor follows — you decide only after it whether to continue.
What does the fee include?
€375, once per application, asked only after your documents pass the free pre-check. It covers the advisor-managed preparation, submission and tracking of one application, including uni-assist's handling fee for it. Certified translations and motivation letters are separate services.
How long does the whole process take?
Your side depends on how quickly your documents come together. Once submitted, uni-assist e.V. states four to six weeks of processing for an application; university responses follow their own timelines. Your advisor keeps you posted at every stage.
Are you the official uni-assist?
No. uni-assist.com is a private application-support service operated by Rheinland-Privatschule. The official application service of German universities is uni-assist e.V. at uni-assist.de.
What happens if the university rejects me?
A documented partial refund applies; the exact terms are published on the University Application page. We never guarantee admission.
