Each university sets its own application periods and process. Some accept international applications directly through their international office, while others require a central preliminary review of your documents before you apply. We check the process for each of your target universities and handle it for you.
You create an account, add your details and upload your documents in the portal. Once your service is confirmed and the fee is paid, your advisor reviews everything, then prepares, submits and tracks your application.
Our managed application service is a fixed fee of 375 euro. It covers preparing, submitting and tracking your application with one advisor. Your scope and fee are confirmed before payment.
Yes. You can upload your documents and message us first. Payment confirms the managed service so your advisor can begin the review and submission.
Most German-taught programmes require C1. Some English-taught programmes accept B2, others ask for C1. Your target programme states the exact requirement.
Often yes. Some universities grant a conditional admission, and you can reach the required level with a German course first. We offer German courses from A1 to C1 through our own language school.
If your school-leaving qualification does not yet meet German admission requirements, you may need a Studienkolleg year and its Feststellungsprüfung. We assess your case and coordinate enrolment.
Usually your school or degree certificates and transcripts, a language certificate and your passport. The exact list varies by university and programme, and your advisor confirms it for your applications.
Many public universities charge little or no tuition. You should still plan for living costs, health insurance and, where required, proof of funding.
Non-EU students usually need a visa. Depending on your situation this may be a language-course visa, a study-applicant visa or a full study visa. Check the exact requirement with the German mission in your country.
